17.06.2004 Txevu exploration by Nineveh

Our exploration of Txevu has barely commenced, though despite limited time within the zone as of yet, far from aided by the sporadic server patches, the Ukun Bloodfeaster event was completed yesterday evening. Stonemites appear to be a trendy part of high end taelosian content, and I personally doubt we have seen the last of their all but annoying presence.

Generally, a rather uneventful week, despite managing to pull the fifth phase in Plane of Time to the lair of Terris Thule. For further inquiries on this particular exploit, feel free to contact Zorrbald! In an attempt to entice the viewers of this page to return in the imminent future, I will disclose the fact that our homepage is currently being revamped, hopefully ready for display without too much ado. In addition a new newscript will enable others to update the news, liberating the readers from my drivel.

Having recently completed a reflagging round of Kod'Taz, consisting of Uqua and The Altar of Destruction, we were in a position to critically select an essential playerbase, a reciprocal to our prior attempts with a raidforce numbering in the high 40s. Kelekdrix himself has at this stage become routine, and the encounter was all but an epitome of success.

Despite quite a few directionally challenged members, the following stonemite event was also completed sans too much adversity, opening the path once again to the infamous cursebearers of Noqifuel. Arriving adequately prepared since our last defeat, refined tactics and preparation secured our progression through this unique part of Inktu'ta, introducing us to Noqufiel himself for the first time.

The final endeavor literally caught us by surprise causing both confusion and chaos, leaving Noqufiel victorious merely minutes later. The approach was slightly changed, and as the battle lithely continued, realization of victory dawned upon those present in the unmasked chapel, though sadly, a druid managed to secure the ending blow.

Detailed loot information can be found here. Further news to follow from the leading zone in regards to interiour and decoration within Taelosia, namely Txevu. A popular saying claims that everything changes, though through the following two Azeri quotes, we intend to disprove that theory. The first quote occurred during a Plane of Fire raid aproximately 15 months ago, while the latter one originated in Qvic last week.

27.05.2004 Cynosure Kvanjji slain by Nineveh

Cynosure Kvanjji fell within Qvic today after having bested our guild twice with the aid of his persistant arbitors. Personally I found this encounter rather enjoyable as it differs somewhat from the traditional fighting pattern. Far from certain we applied the correct approach for this particular fight, we still ended up victorious.

Cynosure Kvanjji slain Cynosure Kvanjji slain

Our visists to Inktu'ta has yet to yield any progression unfortunately, as our latest expedition crashed moments post slaying Kelekdrix. Believe it or not, Gyldendahl actually managed to die on top of the corpse, removing any pictorial value, thus address potential complaints his way should the need arise.

Bards are still encouraged to apply, both cross server and local applications. Check our forum for further details, or contact Nineveh in game.

24.05.2004 Kelekdrix slain, recruiting bards by Nineveh

Our second night in the unmasked chapel once again brought us up against Kelekdrix, Herald of Trushnar. With refined tactics and nearly a full expedition, the first trial of Inktu'ta was completed.

The remaining part of the evening was spent exploring the second trial, and I am pleased to announce some progress was actually made. Loot of the night consisted of a loop of endless insanity in addition to a mana augment. Kelekdrix was apparently concerned in regards to his personal belongings, leaving all loot within a pile of bones near his altar, thus pictorial material is somewhat limited.

On an auxiliary note, we are currently looking for two active Bards. Obviously being flagged for Kod'Taz will be a definite plus, though not necessarily a dealbreaker if lacking. Our primary concern is activity and ability. View the application forum on our boards for further details, or send Nineveh a tell in game.

16.05.2004 Barxt slain, Uqua Completed by Nineveh

Many a night has of late been spent within the onerous walls of the ocean chantry, attempting to breach the harmony of respectively the Temples of Rage and Fury. Despite the similarity to our guildname, Barxt proved to be no ally, though on our fourth night amid the spirits of Uqua, the guardian of Qvic fell to a vast force of 54 adventurers.

Barxt slain Barxt slain

On behalf of the guild and myself, I would like to extend an extensive gratitude to Timmok. Without his efforts, this victory would be weeks away. For many of us, it has been quite some time since the last adrenaline rush occurred during an EQ raid, though I remain fairly certain I was not the only one enraptured by this encounter tonight. Hopefully all of those who endured the tedious hours of mastering this encounter, will find further motivation as the intricate storyline of Taelosia unwreaths itself. Prior to engaging Qvic in full force, obvious reflagging events will take precedence, in other words an additional Uqua / Altar clearing

29.04.2004 Recruitment Closed by Nineveh

Having received many an application during the last week, recruitment has been closed until further notice. Reflagging is well under way, much obliged to a joint Coirnav with Magus. One exception to the recruitment status however, those already flagged for Plane of Time might inquire ingame via one of the officers whether or not the possibility of joining exists.

swiss joke feels hollow.. get it? ahaha :p

22.04.2004 Recruitment open by Nineveh

We are currently seeking a new playerbase to join our guild. All classes may apply through either our application forum, or by contacting Karde in game. Keep in mind that a vaste number of people continuously inquire about the requirements needed and playtimes deemed a necessity to join the guild, thus should you not get an answer immediately, be patient.

Like many a guild, there are certain quaLities we expect from any applicant, though activity is the primary trait we are looking for. Obviously gear and flags already in possession will be a definite bonus, though the guild will help you obtain the gear and flags needed should you be willing to put an effort into your trial period.

Cross server applications are most welcome, and though we realise leaving your home server and friends might be onerous for some, feel free to ask some of our other cross server members how they were received and treated upon moving to Antonius Bayle, namely Thadew, Myrian, Galathorn and Galiaan.

Details concerning requirements, playtimes and similar can be found here and here.

Anyone important not ready?

22.03.2004 Summoner circle by Nineveh

The Pixxt summoner circle in Kod'Taz has long been an intriguing event, both in regards to difficulty and to its potential role in the progression pattern.

Having merely attempted the ring once prior to today, the ring was completed sans too much asperity, and various items were distributed amongst those present. Tingle and trille once again reap the acclaim for providing the pictorial coverage.

I don't mind the occasional spanking :)

15.03.2004 The Altar of Destruction by Nineveh

Having successfully completed the open beta encounter of transcendence a few days ago, it was with an eerie feel of anticipation that we approached the taelosian altar yesterday evening.

Sadly we were all but disappointed upon discovering the tendencies of the trial mentioned initially, apparantly leaving the players completely clueless in regards to what is actually required to kill a mob, has struck home with our beloved developers at Sony.

Eventually stumbling across "the correct energy deemed a necessity to vanquish this foe", the final encounter was a complete reciprocal of the trial in general, in other words, enjoyable.

The keeper of the altar was however not in a photogenic mood, thus seconds after pressing F10, entering my camera mode, I was easily disposed of, limiting the pictorial coverage, but believe it or not, Trille actually managed to snap the occasion, though unfortunately with my corpse displayed amid the remnants.

12.03.2004 The Chamber of Transcendence by Nineveh

In lieu of Wednesdays patch, the chamber of transcendence was revisited in hopes of more specific aid in regards to what kind of brawn was needed to slay the individual sentinels of Ikkinz.

Like many a guild, our progress in Kod Taz had until this point been halted thoroughly by this all but broken encounter. Though rumour proclaimed several guilds had actually completed the event prior to the changes brought live this week.

Thus we also blithely attempted a haughty zerg fest of random killshots and intricate division of melee and caster dps, to no avail, merely to illustrate some of the vagaries that took place in the chambers of destruction.

Nevertheless, with the implemented changes, the encounter was completed with ease, and baffled yet jovial magicians felt useful for a change as the sentinel weak to coalesced damage fell to the ground. As the pictures most likely illustrate, I was not present personally, and the screenshot button seems to have eluded my guild once again.
