AW: Patch notes July 19th 2017
Ya, the spell bar always showed the item's effect when used. The text doesn't say it that clear; I understand the spell bar now adds the item's name to the spell, like e.g. "Shrink (Ring of the Ancients)". But I'm wrong on that.
*Update* The servers are "UP". *Additional Info* The "DDD" event is ACTIVE.
